still don’t have my package

I tried to contact with them to find out why nothing had been delivered yet and no reply from them. I sent several emails but no reply. Maybe scam.

Disastrous, it's been two weeks since I placed the order and it hasn't arrived, several emails and you don't answer, I had to claim my money through Paypal

I placed the order last Thursday expecting to receive the items during the following week (shipment terms state they do ship in the first 24 working hours and shipments to Spain take 3-6 days).
7 days and 2 unanswered emails later, order still appears as confirmed and not shipped.
If I do not get any response by Monday, I will ask for a refund via PayPal, which is the only positive aspect I see now (and why I trusted the site in the first place)

I placed an order for an iPhone 15 days ago, from Spain. I paid and I have not received the order as well as any communication from riiketpro.

I'm waiting for the refund from Paypal. I sent several emails after I should have received the purchased phone after 4-7 working days but I never received any response after 15 days. I'm waiting for the terms to get my money back. For me they are scammers

Good evening, I have not had a good experience with you. The phone I purchased never arrived, and I was not able to find out what was happening, until after 11 days I received a laconic communication informing me that they were proceeding to refund my money because they did not have the device in the warehouse. Not even an apology... very bad customer service and a terrible tracking system.

The phone I received is locked to an American network and can not be unlocked

I got my Iphone 11 pro in few days after buying it. It was in a perfect condition (93% life battery) and they gave me away a digital pen. Very happy with this although they should improve their customer service because it takes too long to get a reply from them.
