I strongly recommend that potential customers thoroughly research this company before hiring them, I hired Rightway to install an acrylic partition in a carport. The workmanship on both projects has been extremely disappointing, they cut corners shortly after the partition was installed, I noticed that it was leaning forward wabbling and bowing the posts. Do not appear sturdy and are not cemented into the ground just placed into the dirt. I contacted the owner who goes by the name, Steve or Steven Willowitz. So that he could correct the work, I provided him photographs and video and rather than provide a definite appointment. I was told that he would look at it whenever he happened to have another job in The Bronx and that he doesn't deem it as an emergency. So he doesn't know what to tell me. I also later discovered serious concerns with the carport installation. There appears to be no proper base structure, so nothing appears to be securely bolted down. These are not minor cosmetic complaints. My concerns involve the stability safety and overall quality of work, which are paid in full before hiring this company, consumers should also independently review its better business profile seeing is that it has an F rating and any publicly available licensing complaints. Court records at the time I checked BBB profile displayed in F rating.I wish I would have done this before signing the contract in making the final payment.I'm sharing my experience that others will ask detailed questions.Confirm licensing insurance, expect. The proposed installation method require all promises to be included in writing and avoid making final pavements.Until work has been thoroughly inspected based on the workmanship. The response to my concerns in the unresolved condition of both installations and the amount of money that I've already paid.I would not recommend this company
