The electrician arrived on time, assessed the situation, collected his tools from the van and proceeded to fix the problem lights. He placed a cover on the floor to collect any mess and was friendly but not too matey. One of the best if not the best electrician Homeserve have sent and we have had several over the years.

The engineer rang in the morning to give us an estimated time of arrival. He was a little after this time but that's OK, understandable! He identified the problems and replaced parts and repaired wiring, all completely satisfactorily.
He was also pleasant and well-turned out.
A very good job done!

Accommodating booking appointment, quick and reliable

Our electrical system tripped on a Sunday morning. I phoned our insurers thinking that it would be several day before we would have electricity back on. I was informed that an electrician would call that afternoon and that I would be contacted when he was on his way. He was here by 2.30pm and fixed the problem within an hour. Said he did not need a cup of tea, was carrying the necessary spare part (a fused spur), and left the job clean and tidy, finished within a couple of hours.

Efficient, effective and friendly service. Will use again.

Right Trades are there on hand when needed at those worrying times, no waiting days for appointments, the workmen are always on time and couldn't be more friendly and helpful, the job carried out efficiently and leave no mess. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.
