After a history of what seemed to be chancers / timewasters / tumbleweed silence via various other firms/channels, and indeed an earlier attempt by RightReg to sell my plate at an unacceptable price, they had the persistence and apparently-robust internal systems to re-approach me a year or two later when a buyer offered a reasonable price. Smooth admin, payment received promptly; I’m (eventually) a happy customer. Thanks!

I had been looking for a private reg for a while but had not heard of Right Reg before I found them on Google. They had a plate I liked and I made an offer over the bank holiday weekend, Kevin came back almost immediately. The following Wednesday, invoice paid, new plates in the post and they transferred the new plate to my vehicle, all done very quickly.
I’d heard about number plate scams so reading the reviews before the purchase was important and they were accurate, I would definitely use Right Reg again.

Another 5 star review for right reg on sourcing another registration number, the service seems to get better and better each time.

I had been toying with the idea of buying a Private Plate for some time and eventually decided to go for it.

I found the registration I wanted, but which company to buy from? After a lot of research and reading reviews I decided on RightReg and I'm really glad I did.

I placed my order and paid the deposit to reserve the registration. Shortly after this I received a call from Kevin confirming the order was in process and the new plates had been despatched. He asked me if I had a vehicle to which I would like my Private Plate assigned to. I gave Kevin the details and he liaised with DVLA to get the number transferred.

Notification from DVLA was received within half an hour of Olivia confirming receipt of my full payment. The number plates were also received the same day, complete with fixings.

The whole process was completed within 48 hours, and I received the replacement V5C from DVLA within a week.

I cannot recommend RightReg highly enough. Kevin and his team made the whole transaction quick and trouble free, and the plates look great on the car.

I'd highly recommend Right Reg for anyone looking to buy or sell a cherished plate. The team are very customer focussed and a pleasure to work with. Placed my reg certificate with Right Reg to sell on my behalf. Appeared on their website with value I requested. Around 12/15 months later a sale was arranged and the certificate was sold and money received within 24hrs. Excellent service on their part after a buyer was found.

Well this company is a real hidden gem.
I was looking to purchase a plate for my newly purchased car.
After much research into what plate I wanted it then came down to where to purchase the plate from?
After making contact with several dealers there was a clear winner as to where I was going to spend my money.
Right Reg were right on point with customer service. My initial enquiry was replied to in a good timely manner.
I then phoned to see what type of service I received and I was more than happy with these guys.
I then decided to make the purchase and everything went through very smoothly.
From paying for the plate to having it on my car was genuinely next day!
That included purchasing the actual physical plates to display on the car. Yes they even do high quality plates.
These guys are polite, not at all pushy, accurate with their time frame for getting the deal done and generally fantastic at delivering good old fashioned customer satisfaction which is rare in today’s world.
