I have had a ridge pen for a few years now. it has worked flawlessly the entire time and it is my favourite pen. I recently lost the clip for it and reached out to see if I could replace it. I received the best customer service I have ever had and they replaced it are of charge and fast tracked my request. I cannot recommend them enough, making great gear and a brilliant warranty!

Last months - the attachment for the lanyard disintegrated, making the point of it unusable- do not buy!

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I ordered my husband a new wedding ring as a present for father's day, when it arrived it was way too big (my fault not theirs) I re-measured and send a message asking for an exchange which was handled quickly. I sent the ring back and received a smaller size very quickly. When I received the new size it was also too big, literally by one size. By their policy I should have had to return the ring for a full refund and then order again, but out of the kindness of their hearts they not only replaced the ring with the right size, they did it without me needing to send the wrong size back, meaning I received the right size ring just in time for father's day, the day in which I'd bought it for. They absolutely didn't have to do this by their policy, they only have to exchange once, but not only did they exchange twice for me, they exchanged it without asking for a return meaning I could still give this beautiful gift to my husband on father's day. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company or their products, and their customer service is exceptional, they are absolutely spot on and I'd recommend them to anyone. The ring is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for my husband to see it on sunday. If your on the fence, don't be. They are exceptional. Thank you so much for making this father's day one to remember 🫶🏼

I’ve had two products from Ridge UK, and this may seem strange but one of them was faulty. However what has made this a five star experience still is the way that the excellent customer service services have dealt with the issue. Especially Kerim, who has dealt with the query brilliantly and has already organised for a new product to be sent to me.

I placed an order and immediately wanted to cancel because I found a better option. They took 2-3 days to get back to me after I submitted a cancel request and told me it was too late to cancel and I'd have to manually return the items to USPS after they're delivered. Maybe if you had a better customer support team, you wouldn't be getting these reviews. Never buying from them again.

If I am reviewing the product... then this would possibly be 5 stars. I got what I wanted with a discount and a free accessory.

And I LOVE it. Love its simplicity. Love the design and the quality. All GOOD! Really GOOD.

The order process was fine too... It was after.
Never got an email confirmation. Had to dig and ask for the tracking reference.

But it shipped on time and Royal Mail did their thing.

and then I asked if there was a way to give a review on their site because according to my login, I have not made a purchase.

....and got a brush off.

Similar when I asked what I would need for a warranty claim should anything happen. As I have no proof of purchase on email or anything on my online account.

Another brush off.

Shame really... because its close to being good.

Companies like this, at this point of maturity, need to beware of taking their customers from granted, relying on the reputation of a very good product, at the expensive of ensuring a great all round experience when purchasing. Complacency, or even arrogance can creep in.

People like me that could and should be promoters of the business will think twice before recommending.

Warning signs abound here.

Despite my contacting these people THREE TIMES (NOW 4), asking them to stop sending me promotional e-mails and their empty promises of:

"So sorry, we will ensure you get no more e-mails.",

I STILL get e-mails from them almost daily and have been for over a YEAR!!!!

I even threatened them with legal action for harassment, but they obviously do not give a damn.

I would suggest you do NOT do business with any company that has this attitude towards the public.
