Start to finish Vernon was amazing 👏. Best customer service I've ever had !! Every query was answered right away, fantastic little trike and no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Steed hands down fantastic in every way!!

Trike was easy to order and simple to assemble. No issue with trike how ever i have tried over 20 insurance companies including all listed on steed site and none offer insurance for these trikes so i have a taxed trike that i can not use legally on the road so wasted me money

The team have been fantastic, any queries that I had were quickly and effectively resolved 👍. Highly recommended 👌

The guys ar Ridesteed have a 1st class customer services department, any issues they resolve timely and efficiently.

They are only a small business, but they are building firm foundations.

I wish the guys the very best of luck in the future, where I will be seeing them yet again when I have saved up for a trike, the Chopper is first class, it needs a stable mate.

Really helpful staff and I have had my labinca max scooter for 3 years, ridden 3000 miles on it and it's still runs an absolute treat. I recommend anyone buying one

Parts missing. A lot of self assembly without detailed instructions. Took weeks to get all missing items. Some bolts also missing. Response from support very slow.

The team have been 1st class my ranger tryke arrived in time and with little assembly it's ready for tomorrow 1st February
The V5C arrived before the ranger and was able to tax and insure on the road tomorrow thanks to the team

I am still waiting for my order :( its taken almost a full month now. This is not bvery impresive.

Very Quick delivery. Trike looks amazing.
Be aware, there is a lot of building required, some a two person job, like fitting the axle and wheels.
