Perfect service

Perfect service – absolutely recommended!

RIderly again

I had a great experience with Riderly.com and would absolutely recommend using their platform for booking scooter rentals.

When I had issues with the rental company—especially around the handling of a security deposit after a theft—Riderly's support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They followed up on my behalf, ensured I got answers, and helped clarify the situation when the rental company was no longer communicating properly.

It made a huge difference knowing there was a reliable third party I could turn to. Without Riderly, I would have been left completely on my own.

The booking process itself was smooth, the interface is user-friendly, and I appreciated the transparency and support throughout the entire experience.

Highly recommended—great service and peace of mind. I will definitely book through Riderly again!

Honest and fast!

You can only really judge the professionalisme of a service company when something goes wrong.
With Riderly I can honestly say that they did not hesitate for a second when I raised an issue with them: after ample communication (and for them to check from their end), Riderly refunded the pre-payments made on a motorbike rent in Laos.
Service oriented, very professional and building GREAT trust for future rentals.
Special thanks to Jeck for his swift and professional follow up.
Will rent again via Riderly!!

UPDATE: After further investigation, we're pleased to confirm that the security deposit has been successfully unblocked and returned. The delay was due to an unusual requirement from the financial institution requiring manual confirmation of "no objection" before unblocking the funds. Eventually with ongoing and prompt collaboration with both you and the rental provider the issue was able to be addressed effectively. We can confirm that the rental provider handled the situation correctly and within their means, as the delay was beyond their control. 8 day hire morocco.

Hi we had a good experience when my friend and myself used Riderly to find motorcycles in morocco and hires two bikes from rent2wheels Marrakesh.
The two royal enfield hymalayans performed as they should and were presented to us in perfect condition reliability is important in Morocco as roads can be challenging.
The staff at Rent 2 wheels were helpful and polite they offered us some free extras bunjy straps helmet gloves phone holder etc all documentation was perfect and no problems with return of deposit .what more can i say 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Steve Mceleney uk.

Amazing support experience

I was trying to rent a bike in Vietnam. Riderly contains many options here, so search for it. I ordered bike in local rental provider when my standard did not met with provider, I had to cancel it. I am amazed how Riderly contact me (Hi Jeck! :) ) and everything went smoothly. From order, first contact, up to cancellation everything was done immediately. Thank you for your kindness and quickest support I've ever had.

Scooter rent Gran Canaria

We rented a scooter on the island of Gran Canaria. Initially we had arranged a scooter rental with OKMOBILITY but since they didn't rent us a scooter when we arrived, we got a tip from a friend about Riderly and it was the best we could do. They arranged for us to get a scooter the next day from Tifón motor for basically the same price. Plus the scooter was much better and even brand new. Any questions we had were answered pretty much immediately thanks to the online chat and I also want to mention the online chat worker, Helena, who was very helpful. Next time we rent, we will be renting straight through Riderly.

Not the best experience

Everything was ok until I got the bike, booked a T7 Rally and I actually only get a classic T7 (same price of course, I paid a extra 10euro/day for the rally), with tyres almost at the end. I was suppose to do lot of offroad with it, but couldn't do everything I want, had to many flat tyres.
Deposit was with card but he gave me back everything in cash...
My trip in Morocco was great, but I will no recommend this company

UPDATE: After a thorough review, we identified that part of the situation arose from a booking where the customer proceeded with a vehicle selection despite our note that the specific variant could not be confirmed.

We weren't made aware of any issues during or immediately after the rental period. However, once we learned about the customer's concerns, we were able to engage in a productive dialogue and find a satisfactory resolution. Thanks for your support Pierre! 💪🏼

In the future please contact our 24/7 support team as soon as any problem occurs during a rental. We're in a much better position to find immediate solutions when issues are reported promptly. Our goal is always to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every rider who uses our platform. 💙
