Friendly and Affordable!

Very friendly agents and offers affordable coverage. Fortunately I have never had to claim anything so I cannot speak to that. My only small complaint is that they could improve their online interface as logging in can sometimes be difficult.

Very affordable and easy to work with

Very affordable and easy to work with. Ended up costing 1/4 of what the competition cost. They are friendlier and easier to work with too. Very satisfied.

I found the customer rep to be professional, of good nature and generally a pleasant person to deal with. My payment was handled quickly and my cards arrived in a timely manner. I have been a customer for years and have never had a single issue with Rider.

been with rider for years got into an accident and gave them a call and continued on with my life . their reps are easy to contact and pleaseasant to talk with. this is one company i would recommend to my kids !!!!!

Great price and good customer service. The only reason I'd did not give 5 stars is I have never made a claim and hope I never will have to.

Great Rates ... Cumbersome Service

Rider has fantastic rates and while I've never had a claim, every time I have a question or need to make a change they are able to address my issue.

But they have two short-comings.
Firstly, their website is cumbersome. You can't even change your address on the website.
Secondly, every time I've called them, the hold time is painfully long.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are in process of developing a new customer portal that will greatly improve the user experience. Although mid-term policy changes are not a part of initial release, they are in the works. In regards to the wait time, although we do our best to handle the calls as quickly as possible, sometimes call volumes are very high on certain days and times of the day. Our office is open from 8:30am to at least 8:30pm Monday through Friday, so if you can avoid lunch time hours that can help. You also have the option to email motorcycleinsurance@rider.com or message us on Facebook and we can have someone get in touch with you, so you don't have to wait on hold.

It appears riders takes these reviews seriously as i have just been notified that the adjusters report is done already!!! Wow kudos to those who helped me.Today i met with some West Orange Officials , to help arrange a Motorcycle Honor Mission and Escort for The traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall. coming only once this year to New Jersey. I consider this a Great Honor to be a part of, and i was worried that this year it would not be possible for me to be a part of .I will keep adding stars and posting updates but you made an old man happier than you know ... This escort and Honoring those whose served and the memories of the loved and lost means everything. I am Humbled by your efforts to help me.
