10/10 for customer service
Recently made an order from Ride for some products. Unfortunately one of the bottles was missing. A quick email to the team and the bottle was sent out along with a discounted bag of intra as a good will gesture.
Mistakes happen but the way the whole thing was dealt with by the team was fantastic! That and the products are second to none.

Bought all 3 flavours of the hydro fizz to use for when I’m out on the bike or hiking, and sometimes to just use when I know I need it. Can’t fault them at all product arrived super quickly, taste amazing and are far better than what else is on the market.
