Need GlareWheel refund of $949.90

I am seeking a refund. For an electric surfboard from glare wheel. The board came damaged and The board specifications were incorrect and falsely advertised with the weight by 39 pounds heavier. The board was spec listed at 86 lbs total. (Attached specifications photo) I weighed the battery at 70 lbs and the board at 55 lbs on a scale at home. TOTAL WEIGHT 125 LBS. (Out of crate and back in same day) The board was delivered back to the warehouse in Temecula California the next day face to face an hour and a 1/2 each way travel By My personal Sprinter Van. While I stood there the board was accepted by a GlareWheel representative as on the phone confirmation with one of the owners of GlareWheel as being unused. GlareWheel later said the board was used as a false statement. I am being charged for restocking and shipping when I delivered the board face to face. If I'm being billed for original shipping , the board was incorrect for specification for weight and damaged. They owe me $949.90. They have the board. My explanation is the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me god.
