Stumbled across Rick's site online, thought id give it ago and request some rigs with a little customization because of the requirements of the French water I'm heading to. Received a call within 2 minutes from the man himself clarifying my request, and this was clearly not an issue at all for him. After a pleasant chat on the phone my rigs arrived afew days later. They were exactly what I was after and I'm very grateful to Rick because I know he went above and beyond with this order. They were expertly tied and packaged nicely to protect the business end of the rig. Overall I was very impressed with the service, the website, and most importantly the product. I have since ordered more rigz from Rick and I'm sure ill continue to do so in the future.

Great Service and Excellent Delivery Times
I've used Ricks Rigz for a number of years now and the quality of rig is as good as any of the 'mainstream' brands at a fraction of the cost.
If you need to make any slight amendments to the setup this is also catered for.
Delivery is often very quick so I do not have to panic about not having to wait for long timescales to receive my goods.
