Excellent experience
The first person I saw when looking for a car was George. He was the reason I chose the car I did. He was friendly ,charming without being pushy. He made me feel comfortable on the test run. He always has time to say hello if he sees you even though he is busy.
Ginelle was excellent at sorting out all the paperwork a very pleasant young lady.

Having had a bad experience with a different Richmond showroom i was reluctant to purchase from them again, however from the moment I met Jag, he was a genuinely, friendly and helpful salesman. He explained everything in detail and discussed all the options available. I did not feel pressured in anyway. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, Jag and Rory bent over backwards to assist me with securing the finance package and helping to load my ID electronically. Everyone at Suzuki Portsmouth were friendly and welcoming. They have made the whole experience a pleasure and my new car is perfect.

Great customer service
