It was great to return to Richmond Motor Group for a new car. We were once again looked after by Marius Mockus who is a very methodical and professional salesman. We leased this time and Marius took the time to explain the process and what he needed from us to complete the process. The service was second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending both Marius and the company.

Very disappointed with vehicle prep
Very disappointed with vehicle prep, asked who previous owner was couldn't answer, I asked if it was a ex hire vehicle couldn't answer although Herzt information in glove box, missing items from vehicle, drivers mat not there although 3 other mats insitu, one parcel shelf cord missing and 2 body parts missing to do with windscreen.

I recently purchased a car and had the pleasure of dealing with a young salesman Dylan who had only been with the company for one month. Despite being new, his knowledge was impressive. If there was ever a question he wasn't completely sure about, he took the time to find out the correct answer rather than guessing. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. He worked hard to get me a good deal, and the whole experience was straightforward and enjoyable. A real credit to him.

Highly recommend
Had a really great experience at MG Guildford. I went in to service my MG ZS and I had been toying with the idea of an electric car for a while so whilst I was waiting I walked up to Marius and asked him what they could do for me. Cue an hour later and he got me a cracking deal on a new MGS5 and I got the new car within 10 days! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t make me feel under pressure to make a decision. Highly recommend this particular MG branch as both times I have bought from there they’ve given me great customer service.
