Completed milestone NOT credited + forced purchases to cash out

I reached Level 500 in one of your games, which clearly shows a $25 reward — and I have screenshots proving the milestone was completed (I am currently past Level 500). However, those coins were never credited to my account.

On top of that, when I attempted to withdraw, I was blocked and told I must make 5 in-game purchases to unlock cashout. This requirement was not clearly disclosed upfront and only appeared after I invested significant time reaching the payout threshold.

So to summarize:
- Completed a major milestone → no reward credited
- Reached cashout → blocked unless I spend money

This is extremely misleading and unfair to users who put in the time expecting to be paid what was promised.

I have proof of:
- The completed level milestone
- The missing reward
- The forced purchase requirement to withdraw

I am requesting:
1. Immediate credit for the Level 500 milestone
2. Removal of the purchase requirement to access my earned funds

If this is not resolved, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Users should not have to pay money to access earnings they already worked for. This undermines trust and raises serious concerns about how rewards are handled.

I have enjoyed my experience so far, it's fast paced site is nice with new interesting games that I haven't seen on the other money making apps. Thanks.

They are basically stealing from you. You “ earn “ certain perk’s such as “ free gift cards” to spend on leveling up on the games. But they’re actually pulling the money from your account earnings that they won’t let you touch until you hit$50 or pay for a subscription. At no point did I request a gift card that could only be used on the games. Actually, I didn’t even want it. But they’re will bombard you with notifications to redeem it! No joke. It’s free after all! Nope, it’s stealing. I never gave consent, requested, or wanted the damn gift cards. They took $57.00 from me. Keeping my account well below the threshold to actually cash out. Good luck getting paid into your PayPal. You get free gift cards to spend on the games and be grateful for it! Don’t waste your time, don’t let them steal your money. Its a month and im still waiting on my $50 rewards, I dont think this is a legit app. Its very sketchy and it overlays over every app even thr ones with sensitive information

What made my experience great was getting paid for playing games the company takes a while to pay out. I haven’t tried the $20 monthly no ads and PayPal pay out easy which I might try soon. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Takes a long time to make enough money to cash out

I thought the app was great… but it’s my first time cashing out and I have been waiting for over two weeks for them to approve my reward. Ridiculous. I have also emailed and asked why it’s taking so long but no response. Going to delete the app soon.

So far it's been great. This is the first app I've ever used that gives you gift cards to use in game to progress. That's pretty cool. I've only been using the app a few days so far, so I can't comment on much just yet.

I enjoy the games and tasks. Always something fun to play.

I was extremely upset because it took so long to receive my payout and was beginning to think I had been scammed when I hadn't gotten my $125 but I stuck with it and asked for a $100 payout and 1 day later I woke up and I had received both payouts so faith renewed thank you

This app is a complete scam. I've been waiting for my reward for weeks to 0 help from customer support. Stay away.

This would be a really great app if not for the issue that I encounter each time I request a reward. PayPal is promised to be immediate for those who choose to subscribe to Richie+/for an additional $7.99/month. The alternative is to wait 2 days for a deposit to PayPal if you want to play for free. I have always paid the subscription and i always end up sending a nasty gram via email to them. The first request that i ever made was the only one that was immediate, then it averaged 5 days, then it became 3 weeks, and now recently i requested $125 on 03/23/26 and still have not been paid. To make things even worse, i put in a 2nd request yesterday, 04/15/26 for another $125. It actually pisses me off A LOT. It happens constantly with them because most of the other reviews that are posted say the same thing. It isn't as if they are overwhelmed with people requesting thousands of small withdrawals. They only offer larger denominations as an option, which are $100, $125, and $150. I have been a member of Richie+ for about 2 1/2 years and i have been paid almost $2,000. They do always pay eventually, but people shouldn't need to wait so long, nor should someone need to chase down their reward, it is false advertisement on their part, which essentially is chalked up to stealing from their patrons.
I would drop RICHIE GAMES if i found a site that paid as well, had the games i like to play, and were prompt with the payout time frame.
