Well I haven't received email with my gift card

So far it has been a legit site. I haven't had any issues. You get a gift card without doing very much so can complete activities to make even more.

Where's my 50 dollar payout.... I have been waiting atleast a month on it to arrive and I havent gotta anything yet!! If the game actually follows throw ill change this to 5 stars but for right now 1..

I enjoy playing games with others. The payouts are refreshing.

Unsurprisingly, after I left a bad review because I never got paid for the games I completed and was told that the issue would be taken care of as soon as possible and that was in April of this year (2026). Needless to say I have yet to be paid for my time and effort and am absolutely disgusted with the lack of follow through aand customer service. If this is how this company treats its patrons you are better off never even bothering. I have replied twice with my user id like I was asked and I believe that was just to shut me up. Please do not use this app, they have no intention of ever making good on their promises!

good gaming platform with rewards and programs easy to use simple and to the point. and if there's any issues support will work with you to resolve them quickly

The minimum withdraw shouldn't be so high. I know you think that it will motivate people to play more but in reality,only a small percent of a small percent of people will grind hours on end through the relentless ads. But the majority who have jobs and other things to do will not and definitely will grow tired of the ads (yes I know the rewards come from ad revenue but come on really need an ad emery 67 seconds?)long before reaching the 50.00 minimum withdraw limit. Also more guys do this than you think and if most guys are the same (and they are) we do not want to play fashion makeover or merge stories. We're men, we like things that go pew pew, and sports and well you get the idea

I've redeemed my payout on August 21. It said it'll take 5 business days and as you can see, a lot of business days have past. They're not responding to the zendesk email or their help.richiegames email. And you want people to pay $20 for a 2 day payout when you start reducing reward payouts for games when complete one.

The random adds interupt other things I am doing

Richie Games will cash out the Google Play cards they offer as an enticer to get you to keep playing games... but when it comes to cashing out actual money... NOPE! Their app is too intrusive for them not to honor their end of the bargain. I cashed out $125 PayPal gift card on 07/18/2026 and still nothing.... it's been well over a month and a half. It's currently 09/04/2026 and nada. I reached out to customer support as well and absolutely NO RESPONSE. Don't waste your time.

This is horrible. Is it even real? Waiting since March 26 for rewards. Only replies come from this app! I’ve emailed several times. I have over$200 in rewards still pending and it’s September 26’! On here, they tell you to email them for direct help, as you can read…I’ve been ignored 😔 Shameful to get pepper excited then disappoint them after we give out $$$ & time.
