Just had a call with Usman who helped me set up my record player up in Lichfield he was amazing it took a bit of time and we thought the speakers where broken till we both laughed as realised hadn't turned power on, he was a very thoughtful kind young man who rixjer sounds should be proud that he represents their company.

Very good customer service, great products. Not cheap hence four stars but excellent overall.
