Sign up problem

When I first time attempted to sign up and register to this company signal provider ,and then try to enter the site ,login page requests me to enter correct password ,but I entered correct and even I try it with auto saved pass (with Chrome browser) and completely sure that my password and phone number is correct . They didn't send me any SMS or E-mail but I think catch and keep my information still.
I found out that of my several friends had this problem. I discover now that they don't show any statement for their claiming monthly results on their site that couldn't be good sign . I'm a 5 years experienced trader too and give one star for my above observations .
