The house has been finished to an excellent standard throughout, and it’s clear that a great deal of care and pride goes into the homes they build. The whole process of buying the property was straightforward and professional, and any questions we had were dealt with quickly and helpfully.

What has impressed us most is the service after moving in. Richard Reed Builders have continued to be approachable and responsive, which gives you real confidence that they genuinely care about their customers and the homes they build.

We’re absolutely delighted with the house and would have no hesitation in recommending Richard Reed Builders to anyone looking for a high-quality new home. A fantastic local builder and a great experience from start to finish.

We purchased our home from Richard Reed a few years ago, and from the very beginning the service and quality have been exceptional. The reason I'm writing this review now is because their support hasn't stopped after the purchase.
Whenever we've needed anything, they've been there almost immediately. Whether it's repainting areas after we've redesigned a room or building a brand-new media wall, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Their attention to detail is second to none, and the standard of workmanship is always outstanding.
We're so glad we chose Richard Reed and can't thank the team enough for not only building us a beautiful, high-quality home but also for the incredible aftercare and customer service they've continued to provide over the years. We would highly recommend them!

When we first viewed the house on Philbeech Gardens in Kirton, we were instantly struck by the superior build quality throughout. We had viewed many new builds from various companies and this house, built by Richard Reed Builders, was on a completely different scale. We were that impressed, we bought it! Six months down the line and we couldn’t be happier with the company, any minor snags we have had have been dealt with so quickly by David and his team (all top people and professionals) and we love the way they are all so approachable and happy to help (and have a cuppa 😊). David has been so helpful in the last six months, although he is extremely busy running the site, he always is on hand to assist if you ever have any issues, we can’t thank him enough! If you are thinking of buying a house in Kirton/Lincolnshire there is only one place to go…Richard Reed Builders, fantastic company!!

If you are thinking of buying a "Richard Reed Builders" home THEN THINK CAREFULLY They claim to have ethics, standards and quality, their slogan being "Lovingly made Luxury" hence the high purchase price for the area.
