I ordered a 5ltr of lawn care magic I never received it after 7 days. Checked with EVRI say no more who on the app had not even collected it from them 7 days later . Rang customer service at Richard Jackson who offered a refund or a replacement, EVRI are a shocking courier company so cancelled my order and got a full refund. Not worth the inconvenience in dealing with this company if that’s the service they offer .

Have requested a VAT invoice THREE times, still not had it, they are legally required to provide one if asked so I'll be making a complaint to their local trading standards office to see if that gets them moving with a bit more urgency.

I have ordered a few plants from Richard Jackson which were received in excellent condition and now thriving in my garden.
However, I had an issue with my recent order and found their Customer Service to be exceptional, with the issue being rectified within days.

This is a breakthrough! Amazing development; no more lifting or storing of heavy compost bags. 8 individually wrapped blocks which take seconds to reconstitute & compared with “ Premium” brands of normal compost is fine & free of any large bits of bark or twigs
Arrived half dead.
Ordered Richard Jackson “nursery fresh” geum pink petticoats. The plant I received was anything but “nursery fresh”. It was half dead and very small. Definitely not worth the £16 paid. I ordered this on Richard Jackson’s recommendation. I will not buy from him again.

Sadly this product has been useless and a waste of money for me. An indoor Cyclamen infested with greenfly and isolated in the garage is still infested after several sprayings and squashing of greenfly between fingers. Mildew on roses have not been kept at bay either nor have the greenfly on them. Very disappointed as it doesn't do as it says on the bottle. Photos readily available.

Lawn feed weed and moss killer, used this as per instructions large area of lawn turned yellow (prior to this only issue with lawn was a few weeds no moss) QVC just told me to leave it a month see how it goes? Just be very careful if you use this product, all other products from R/Jackson had been fine
Disgraceful lack of customer service.
I always had a good opinion of Richard and I still use many of his products. However don't waste your time ordering plants from him. They do not have plants but instead act as a middle man in providing plants from different nurseries. I ordered foxgloves with a delivery date of w/c 23rd March, by mid April still no plants. I emailed and got a quick response saying my item had been damaged by the courier and returned to the nursery. They issued a refund as the item was no longer in stock. I have since sent them two emails asking for replies to the following questions.
Why didn't the nursery send a replacement when my item was returned to them.? Why was I not informed? How long would I have had to wait for a refund if I had not emailed them? Were they just intending to keep my money if I hadn't emailed?
They have completely ignored my emails. I have now unsubscribed from their site which is a great shame as I am a long term customer. Disgraceful lack of customer service.
Don't know the meaning of customer care
Ordered my plants on 30/03, with a despatch date of 15 April. To date, no plants, no comms. Only when I emailed to chase did I get told that the plants need 7-10 days more. Really? That's your idea of customer service, especially with a brand new customer? You've bombarded me with unsolicited emails but you don't have the courtesy to inform me of delays?
Dishonest
I placed an advanced order via QVC with item to come directly from Richard Jackson Garden. When delivery time arrived, QVC were notified by Richard Jackson that it had been sent and I was consequently charged by QVC. However, Richard Jackson Gardens NEVER sent the items! there was no proof of despatch, tracking or courier information and nothing arrived! I emailed them directly and they just ignored the emails! QVC started their own investigation but this as always with QVC can take weeks to complete and the customer can do nothing to get their money back!
My advice would be don't risk your money, dont buy anything on QVC that comes direct from supplier or you can get scammed too!
