Bought 2021 Hyundai palaside under warranty but will not respond
Do buy from here me and my wife bought 2021 Hyundai palsaide 38,000 miles on. It. Nice car very happy but all sudden getting check engine light 44,000 miles on it. Which I understand stuff happens so call about warranty and for two weeks constantly messaging asking for update. Everytime would say I’m checking on it will let you know idk how long takes to check warranty. We bought car 4 months ago after kept stringing me along wrote a review warning people’. Someone contacted me said could bring it down okay cool two hour drive so said let ask my wife see when could come down. She okay this is my personal number call me back I did 15 mins later left voicemail. Now been over a week I have called left 5 voicemails and still haven’t gotten call back. Just trying to figure out if warranty need to get it fixed. I would have thought this being huge dealership have good customer service but no been almost month. I have all the text messages and call log. I have no problem posting and proving it. Horrible customer service woudlt reccomend buying a car here.
