Wrong Part, No Support, No Refund
We ordered MINI parts from this company, but due to a misunderstanding, we received an incorrect part. As soon as we noticed the mistake, we contacted customer service multiple times, clearly explaining the issue and providing the correct OEM part numbers. We also offered to return the incorrect part immediately and asked them to send the correct one instead.
Despite numerous emails over an extended period, we never received a proper solution. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether, and it appears that our email address was blocked, as we were no longer able to communicate with them.
After realizing that they had no intention of resolving the issue, we even requested a refund instead of a replacement. We asked them to provide the return address so we could send back the incorrect part, which has never been installed or used, and requested that the refund be processed after they inspected and confirmed its condition. Unfortunately, they ignored this request as well.
Because we urgently needed the correct part, we had no choice but to purchase it from another supplier. We are now left with an unused, incorrect part that this company refuses to accept back or refund.
This experience was extremely frustrating. We made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue professionally and amicably, but the complete lack of communication and customer support was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
