Outstanding Customer Service - Highly Recommend!!
Our existing TV broke on us a week in to the New Year - being this close to Christmas we were left short on funds so we needed to find the best deal possible - RH Tech Direct was by far the best price online.
I emailed an enquiry and the levels of customer service I received were outstanding! I was notified that the TV I was enquiring about was actually due to drop even further in price later that evening and advised to wait before purchasing.... What incredibly kind and honest service!! This company could've made an extra few quid out of me but they chose not to and were very upfront with pricing information!
The email correspondence I received from start to finish was incredibly helpful and personal/tailored directly to me. I was kept informed of shipping/tracking (which was very quick!) and the TV arrived well packaged - no problems whatsoever!
Highly recommend RH Tech Direct for any online tech purchases as I found that they are a reliable, honest and trustworthy retailer!
