Custom built Sauna
An excellent job done by the Rhodos team in building our custom Sauna.
There were a few issues out of their controller, like a glass panel being broken in transit by a supplier, which caused some delays. But throughout they handled it professionally and did a great job. I could not be happier with the end result of this excellent high-end Sauna.

LifeSpan E3i+ Elliptical & levering & montage
Op maandag een LifeSpan E3i+ Elliptical crosstrainer besteld. Volgende dag geleverd&gemonteerd !!! Vanuit Oldebroek(bij Zwolle) naar Heiloo(bij Alkmaar). Plastic kap kwam stuk uit de doos……vrijdag nieuwe in huis via DHL. Ongelofelijk toch deze service….top gedaan.
Crosstrainer is een aanrader…..lange slag. Heel stabiel.
Waar voor je geld!

Hi,
seller dose not have correct information on their website.
seller dose not answer phone calls
seller dose not respond to emails
seller invites customers to visit their show room to pick up the order while the product is out of stock and giving misleading info regarding the product .
I drove 200 km back and forth to pick up the order after being placed and payed because seller don't provide delivery service , and eventually order was not available.
very bad customer service .
seller told me that I have to wait two month before getting my order .
I no longer want this order and I won't deal with this seller anymore .
I want a full refund .
