Written reluctantly.

It is to my chagrin that I have to say that my experience with this company has been so bad.
I ordered a shirt and paid for it. After about 10 days I enquired about it and received a mild rebuke for inquiring so soon. Now, well over a month since the date of the order my messages go unanswered. It's disappointing to be treated like this by someone who purports to be Rhodesian.

Amended on 18th October. My shirt arrived yesterday. The lack of communication was a real problem. If there is a delay then responding to my messages and informing me would be good practice. My second purchase and the second time that there has been a problem that communication would have solved. I won't try again.
