Installing the 3D impact screen…

Installing the 3D impact screen protector was good when you used the alignment frame. Their returns department was first rate and once they had received and checked the returned items the money came swiftly back into my account.

The SolidSuit case is great

The SolidSuit case is great. I’m very clumsy and drop my phone all the time.
After a bit more than one year the case started becoming very loose and deformed. I contacted the Customer Service showing the deformation since the case has a two year warranty and they sent me a replacement immediately. I was told expecting a plain one, but they even added the customization that it previously had. Very happy with the experience and highly recommend the product itself.

3D Impact Screen Protector incompatible with the CrashGuard NX Bumper

The 3D Impact Screen Protector appears to be incompatible with the CrashGuard NX Bumper.

Not only do they not work together, they have seemingly major design flaws.

The Protector adhesive isn't strong enough​ so the flexibility of the CrashGuard means that every time the watch is knocked, however slightly, it bumps the Protector, causing air bubbles, requiring the re-application of the Protector after completely de-assembling the watch straps and CrashGuard, sometimes several times per day.

The CrashGuard Bumper has now fallen off and been lost for good due to the poor quality of the product.

I requested a full refund when raising this initially after the first application failed but was refused, instead happy to receive lifetime updates to compensate for the inconvenience.

The lifetime updates policy has since been revoked, so my only recourse is to accept the final offer to pay postage for a replacement product one last time, which is incompatible.

This is unacceptable, as I simply wouldn't have purchased either product if I had known that they were incompatible in the first instance, so it appears they have been mis-sold.

My advice, avoid the 3D Impact Screen Protector and the CrashGuard NX Bumper !

Regarding your concern about replacements, we previously offered a Lifetime Replacement Program that covered wear and tear with a small shipping and handling fee. However, this program has been discontinued. Despite this, our customer support team arranged a one-time replacement for you, with only shipping costs to be covered. That offer remains available if you'd like to take advantage of it.

It fell apart

I was so excited to get my case, but now it looks dreadful and I’ve not had it long. The design is half peeled off and it just feels like it was poorly made. I did contact rhinoshield via instagram in march - sent photos of the deterioration and they asked for a copy of my order number etc which I sent. I haven’t heard from them since. I am very disappointed and this case is not worth the money!!

AVOID ABSOLUTELY SCAM

Go to competitors! MOUS , CASTIFY, SPIGEN but do NOT spend your hard earned money on this company scam products.
I did thorough research before investing in my iPhone 16 this year. I wanted a durable and reliable case to last me. It was expensive but I thought I will have to pay the price for quality and trust in the products to protect my phone. It’s been only 7/8 months using the ‘military grade’ products. The case is damaged, buttons fallen out multiple times. The lanyard is scuffed and damaged, if it breaks my iPhone is going to break and who is going to cover that cost? The magnetic grip is also broken. I get in touch with customer services and they basically say it’s usage and offer 10% off my next purchase. Since 13/05 I’ve had no reply they’re ghosting me. Disgusting, despicable, scam. The products they claim to be selling is a lie. These are cheap and awful. THE WORST COMPANY I’ve ever dealt with. To say how much I spent of my hard earned money.

Great customer service

The customer service is always so nice to me. Just wanted to share i had some difficulties with a phone case and they immediately offering me a new one as included in my warranty (which i didn't even know about at first, how nice). They respond fast and kindly. I havent had a crack in my screen ever since i started to use the rhinoshield cases (and i am not using a screen protector)

Terrible Customer Service – Refuses to Process Immediate Cancellations

I am extremely disappointed with RHINOSHIELD’s customer service. I placed an order and immediately realized I needed to cancel it. I followed their instructions and requested a cancellation right away, but to my shock, they refused to process it.

Most reputable companies allow cancellations within a short window, especially when the order hasn’t even been shipped yet. RHINOSHIELD, however, ignores such requests and forces customers to go through an unnecessary returns process instead—wasting time, money, and effort. This is not how a customer-friendly business operates.

If you’re thinking of ordering from RHINOSHIELD, be warned: once you place an order, there’s no going back—even if you act immediately. This kind of rigid and unhelpful policy shows a complete lack of regard for customers. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d advise others to be cautious as well.

Never Arrived

Shocking.

Placed an order for a rather expensive phone case (£44.47) on the 12th February.

As of 12th March phone case has still not arrived, I have requested a cancellation/refund.

I have had to chase this 4 or 5 times now.

Terrible service.

Save your money and buy from somewhere where you do not have to wait over a month for it to arrive.

Apple Ultra 2 case

Just recieved my Apple Watch Ultra 2 case. The case looks and feels good quality compared to the cheap ones I have previously had off eBay-2 in 2 weeks!! I would have given 5 stars except for the fact of the price of the postage. I like this case as it has no glass/plastic screen protector which always break and get water trapped between them and the actual watch glass inhibiting use. This protector just protects the case which is exactly what I wanted.

Great customer service

Really helpful customer service team. Cases are sturdy. I bought my case last year 1st November. Their prints are really lovely but one night I noticed a part of the print coming off. It wasn’t a big chunk but it made me really sad as it wasn’t long ago when I bought it. Long story short I emailed rhinoshield about it and they replied to me the following day saying that they were going to send me a new one of the same exact case. They also included instructions on how to take care of their case.

both me and my mum ordered from here…

both me and my mum ordered from here having spent a lot of money for good quality cases and screen protectors. my screen protecter has more cracks and dents in that one i bought off amazon, as does the camera lenses after only maybe 1 or 2 drops? the case was just clear but has started peeling. i saw them reply about extreme weather conditions but i haven’t been in any. just shit quality

I have used rhinoshield before and have…

I have used rhinoshield before and have always been very impressed with their products. I bought a phone case October last year and it has warped so that the top of my phone is not protected. I asked if there was anything that could be done and they responded promptly and assured me that they would send a new one of the same model, free of charge. Really impressed with their responsive customer service.

Poor quality..

Initially the case seemed good quality but it began to deteriorated quickly, after only a couple of weeks the design started to wear off. The a couple of months later the case itself started to bend and warp, it no longer fits my phone. Don't waste your money, there are far better cases for less out there.
