Super cute case but very disappointed with the durability and protection. Dropped my iPhone and the glass back completely shattered, I was devastated since I paid like £40 so for something that has been advertised so well to protect my phone. I really wanted to like this product but it just didn’t work for me what so ever. Resorted back to my old jelly case which fits super nicely on my phone and has protected it since I’ve had it.
Delivery takes forever, still waiting ordered my product on 26th November and still hasn't arrived, an absolute joke.
The delivery:
If I had the choice to order again, I probably wouldn't purely because of the delivery. I ordered a case and backplate for £35 on the 10th of November, and it turned up on the 2nd of December. Tracking was a nightmare, with very little detail provided by Rhinoshield's courier of choice (La Poste). I had to message them on Twitter and email to find out where my parcel was; only to discover it was still in France on the 30th of November, 20 days after I'd first ordered.
I understand the delays due to COVID and EU Customs, but the lack of tracking updates/knowledge on where and when my parcel would arrive is infuriating; if I'd been told 'sorry, there's a delay but it's still on it's way', I would completely understand.
If you're ordering from Rhinoshield, you probably are wanting the best protection for your phone, right? So not knowing when the case is turning up is frustrating, especially if you've got a top-range iPhone you want to protect.
La Poste explicitly said to me they do not guarantee delivery times or estimates. Rhinoshield's website does guarantee times and estimates (unless you look in their T&Cs and not the order screen). If I hadn't been told 'expect your product in X working days', I'd have not minded and could cater for the situation.
The case itself:
The case is fine, it's nothing spectacular if I'm honest. The bumper seems solid enough, and the backplate was good quality/displays the chosen image/theme nicely, but does smudge quite easily (my backplate is see-through with some detailing on it).
It's a nightmare to actually get on the phone or off, and does require a bit of force, but that can only be a good thing.
It feels good in the hand to hold, and isn't too grippy.
Little annoyances about the case include the cut outs for buttons/speakers....why does the iPhone 13 Pro case have a cut out for the power that only partly covers the two ugly screws? Couldn't it have covered them up?
Why does the left speaker cut out match the right one, when the left has three speaker holes and the right has 5? It doesn't need to match.
The cut out for the phone silencer is off centre for some reason.
Conclusion:
In honesty, I'd be tempted to order again now I have a case on the phone and it's protected...if I had known the delivery would be that slow I'd have ordered a cheap temporary case from Amazon in the meantime, instead I was left waiting every day in case it'd turn up, and hoping that I wouldn't damage the phone in the meantime.
Rhinoshield need to update their delivery estimates, and work with La Poste to create better tracking.
I wanted to write a review because I’d read so many reviews talking about slow deliveries. I emailed customer service and they replied quickly explaining their delivery process and expected delivery time.
Yes, the delivery took longer than ordering from Amazon but the communication was good and I’m happy with the case. I think some of the bad reviews are too harsh.
Besides, I’m still waiting for my iPhone 13 to come into stock so I didn’t mind waiting 10-14 days for delivery.
Bought a impact protector for iPhone 7 but found it very difficult to apply without getting air bubbles which I could not get rid of. I would not recommend this product.

I dropped my phone just a few days after my case arrived I’ve now a shattered screen! Complete waste of money

Still no sign and on their tacking app still not at the depot.
By the way their customer service dept is in Taiwan so only work 08.00 to 18.30 a 8 hr time difference from uk.
Yet another company who look like they are based in Uk on website. In theory you pay more even more postage to get in 1 to 3 days but don’t be temped

I ordered from them last 26th or april 2021 and I still hasn't received it!! Is this a scam or what?! I kept on writing them an email but there is no reply i'm so pissed the tracking details they gave shows no activity!
Truly awful experience, customer service is shocking, still waiting for it to arrive and a positively I don't care attitude by customer services, I would suggest using other providers that sell high quality products with quicker delivery even free.
Paid £5 for delivery of case and it took weeks to arrive which was annoying but the case looks amazing and feels good too. Would give 5 stars but the delivery lowered my rating
Truly awful. Ordered on 1st June. Says shipped. Click on tracking. 1st June last update. No replies to 5 emails to customer services. AVOID
Ordered phone case and screen protector film on UK website and not heard from them about when the items will be shipped. Hope the product is better than their customer service and hope I eventually recieve the items. Looks like customer service is out of S Korea.
I have been using RhinoShield Iphone cases for many years, I am currently on my 4th RhinoShield case and so far I am happy with all my RhinoShield Iphone cases. The most important factor to me as a consumer is RhinoShield's customer service stands behind their products, an email is all it takes when I have issues with the products or the delivery, the Customer Service never failed to sort out the issues for me. What more could you ask for? I will continue to use RhinoShield!

Having to pay £5 delivery fee for 4-10 DAY DELIVERY! Then to get a text message from royal mail saying they want to charge another £2 to deliver the item... why put a delivery fee on the product when its not used for the delivery! Absolute joke!
Bought the 3D impact screen protector, took first film off and applied it to screen. Tried to take the second film off once it was attached but the whole protector came off. Dust then stuck to the adhesive and the screen protector was useless.
I bought three cases. Two of them were personalized which I was informed would take a longer time in shipping. I was surprised at just how long. However, they arrived and they were so neatly packaged. I'm still surprised at how great the personalized ones look. The feel of them is great and I'm definetly getting more. Highly recommend them!
Estimate delivery 2-6 business days. It took them 4 business days to ship the order, so not surprised that its not here on the 7th day. Ordered on weekend before Black Friday week, so should have been one of the first being processed during that week. There is also no shipment tracking provided, simply states shipped.
