I ordered a IFAK about 3 weeks ago. Shortly after I canceled order and they said they would cancel my order. Well they didn't. Ended up charging me and I received it. When I canceled it there was still like 3 or 4 days before it was shipped.

I purchased the IFAK pro kit last month some items in this kit had way older dates such as the chest seals I messaged them they seemed nice at first and stated if I wanted them to replace the items they would and given they stated they had issues with the older chest seals adhesives i asked for the replacement and was given the run around they told me I had to prove that I was told that I could get a replacement so I sent a screenshot they then said I would get the replacement and I have not no tracking number or anything 11 more days go but I try to message and ask them for a tracking number and they’ve blocked me the messages fail to deliver I tried on my wife’s phone and what do you know it goes through

Attention with Returns from Germany or Europa. Poor Service via Email
The store advertises with easy delivery throughout Europe. I got half of my order and automated excuses from customer service via email. After three days I got my second part of the order. Since my advertised 20$ surprise gift was an 8 page "survival handbook" I wanted to return my order to the warehouse in Germany I got it from. Obviously a Mailbox or Container Company Ltd. from Hong Kong in the harbor of Bremen.
My order was from Feb 21. Now a month later i still got no address in Germany to return my order to. After numerous emails and automated excuses which always take a week I decided to contact via their provided whatsapp number with no response. But finally got a contact through instagram. Everytime I wait for a week to answer my mails I get immediate response after I contacted the instagram account. So now they provided me an address in the United States. The return costs the same as the actual price of my order of approx. 120$. If I am advertised with uncomplicated delivery from a german or European warehouse I assume that this is also the return address since no return address is provided on the website to get information before you order.
All in all a very unsatisfactory service. Now I am sitting on goods worth 120$ I am not satisfied with and can't get my money back. I have a slight feeling that when I am finally able to return the order maybe after a year or so the return goes mysteriously missing and I have no goods and no money. Then or If I get my money back I will write a second review or change this one for good.

Fake shipping information…you’ll wait an eternity for a straight answer from one of their bots. They claim it’s coming from their US wharehouse when it’s coming from china. DHL shipping…Very mixed reviews in the professional areas…totally regret buying…won’t honor a refund or cancellation.
