Balance tonic
Been taking the balance tonic for a week, and already feel a difference in hot flushes especially at night. The flavor tastes like water and real fresh fruit then from a powder. No chemical taste but I don’t like the bitty texture from the berries. But for the benefits I can get over it.

5 well worthy stars!
I am re-reviewing the Shroom coffee having had it for a little while and found a way that it really works for me. I previously gave it 3 stars and said it wasn't for me BUT I have leant on it a few times now after a terrible night's sleep and, by having it as a quick shot on those mornings, I have found it makes me feel really good and keeps me going really well ALL DAY. So now I give it 5 well worthy stars!!

Recommend Daily Hydration and Creatine electrolytes
I’ve been a customer of Rheal for over 4 years and purchased many of their products. I’m now using vitamin boosters, clean greens and the most recent addition of Daily Hydration Electrolyte powders with Creatine. I use these after exercise and they definitely help my body to return to an energised state instead of feeling lethargic all day after a gym session, jog or long walk. Delivery is always faultless.

Doesn't mix well in water!.
Loved the idea of this to help with the menopause as I am unable to take HRT. However, the powder doesn't mix well in water, which was disappointing.

All of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients – we don’t add any emulsifiers or artificial ingredients. That means every serving is packed with only nutritious superfoods, nothing else.
We aim to make our powders as fine as possible using natural ingredients, but this can mean they don’t fully dissolve, and small pieces or seeds may remain.
In case it helps, you can add your blends to smoothies, oats, yoghurt, or even your regular meals. You can also mix them with a smaller amount of liquid, for a quick and easy health shot to enjoy in one gulp.

Package arrived quickly
Package arrived quickly, well packed and good communication. I have only just started using it, waiting for good results. I sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning. Bought the gut health one in the hope it helps my bloating and OBS symptoms. Tastes fine.

Good value bundle, swift delivery .
Quick, delivery with excellent packaging.
The whisk can’t be used in the bottle but otherwise great.
Powder doesn’t dissolve that well, quite a few bits when you get to the bottom.
Have only just received mine so can’t comment on the health benefits as yet.
