Does not taste good
To be fair have only just started taking this but it tastes vile. Ive tried to add a bit of honey. Will continue as im hoping the benefits will make up for the taste.
On the plus side it arrived quickly and was beautifully packed with 3 free bottles of night calm, I water bottle and little whisk
I will write another review after 1 month .

As I have said, I have been a Rheal patriot for over two years now, just received my monthly subscription of Clean Greens(pineapple) and Gut Feel!!
I also added the Bovine Collagen to my subscription this month; I haven't tried it yet, but I am looking forward to trying it out and seeing how I feel about it.

Good ordering and delivery experience. The hormone balance tonic, I hope it works cause it really doesn’t taste very nice, you definitely need to mix with something flavoured, there are bits in the powder that don’t blend in and just stick to the glass. The free bottle is nice but a bit cheap plastic.

Peri rage GONE!!!
I am 42. I started noticing I was having peri symptoms a while ago but this year I started experiencing intense rage and then crying for no reason- something I’d never experienced before. It was really affecting my relationship with my husband and my children, and how I felt about myself. The GP agreed I was likely peri, and told me to look into some different options like HRT and then come back and talk it over. I was googling and came across Rheal menopause balance. I thought what the hell, let’s see if it helps. I noticed the difference after a week. Suddenly I felt grounded, balanced and… myself. I hadn’t even realised how much it really was affecting me overall and how much better I felt after taking this was amazing. My husband and kids noticed after the first month. I’ve been recommended it to friends and they have also told me it has helped them. It tastes awful, but I find mixing it in Greek yogurt every morning (or alternatively squash and water) and it’s much more easier to take. I treat it like a daily medicine now, and I haven’t had to go back to the doctor re HRT because my symptoms have gone away for now. This has been life changing and I highly recommend for any other women experiencing similar symptoms - because it’s so horrible when your body is out of control.

Really lovely electrolytes. Good flavour. Great delivery time. Love the free bottle but the rubber inside fell out within 2 days and now it leeks.
