I found R&G Brenner online. Had heard the name over the years. Contacted local office in Spring Valley, NY and was referred to Tax Consultant
Ms. Linda Lopez. She prepared my taxes expeditiously.She is friendly,
thorough, highly knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with .Ms. Lopez also noticed an overpayment on my previous taxes done by a private preparer!? so I will be returning to her for a tax do over (amendment).. In addition,
all office staff were cordial and helpful .A five star, excellent adventure!

My filer was very good, but it wasn't submitted on time because of some technical error. Now I need to deal with a fee that's quite disappointing given the amount I paid your company to handle this. I would like some portion of the $250.00 reimbursed to me given this important service issue. Thanks in advance for your support in resolving my grievances.

RG Brenner is well-represented by Herb Waldhauser. As an American currently working overseas, I've had challenges in retrieving earnings documentation foreign from employers in a timely manner. Herb has always been able to prepare and file quickly, regardless of the challenging time frames I have posed.

He communicates well, which is critical when corresponding from several time zones away. I recommend Herb and RG Brenner with full confidence.

The Tax accountant was friendly and very knowledgeable. The amount that I paid was well below what H&R Block charged me the previous year. Got a refund from the state that was much more than I expected. Will go back next year.
