Order canceled due to stock issues

2 times I bought from them, with a few months in between my orders, and both times my orders got canceled due to stock error. In such a modern time, these guys still don’t have a system or IT department to run their stock and set up a rule where “you don’t allow other people to buy the product if there’s no more stock of the product”!
They take the money from the costumer and give a fake certainty that the product will soon be sent. So if you are buying a present for someone, you might really lose few days and have your money with them.

Biggest disrespect towards costumers, so just don’t buy from them.

Return impossible, customer service unresponsive

I placed an order on Rezetstore.com in early June and tried to return the item within the legal withdrawal period. The return portal does not work, and despite several follow-ups (emails, Facebook messages, chat, customer form), I have received no response or return label.
Their policy requires using exclusively their own return label under penalty of refusal. As a result, I am unable to exercise my right of withdrawal.
I am forced to file a complaint with my payment provider and consumer protection authorities. This is unacceptable from a professional retailer.

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid if you value proper service

I ordered from Rezet Store on February 27th, and it was a headache from start to finish. First, a few items were cancelled not a super big deal, but when I got my refund, the amount was wrong. I had to send multiple emails just to get that fixed, and the replies were very very slow it took a while before anything was actually corrected.

About a week after the order was made, another item got cancelled, and somehow I was charged a return shipping fee for it even though I never received the item? Very weird and again, had to send several emails and long wait times just to sort something that should’ve been obvious.

Then one of the pairs of shoes I did receive came in two different sizes. Fixing that also took a bunch of emails.

In total I had to send well over a dozen emails to deal with all of this. It wasn’t just one issue it was a chain of problems, and every step took way too much time and effort to resolve.

I finally got all my money back after more then two months after my original order. Never ordering here again. Way too much hassle for something that should’ve been simple.

Kindly reply to my follow-up emails regarding my order that was picked.up by somebody else or whatever happened to that order that oøi never picked up and haven't received up to date. I ordered the item 26 oktober and was supposed to be delivered in Copenhagen but someone picked it up at your Aalborg branch without notification. I found out it was picked up Nov.2 after I tracked my order online again. Should i have not done it, I would be waiting for nothing and It's already deducted from my account!

Still no refund after 3 months

It is truly outrageous how you handle returns and refunds. We made a return, and it’s now been 3 months with no money received. There has been no response to our emails, despite you previously stating that the refund would be processed.

I have never experienced anything like this before – it’s shameful!

10/10 customer service

As a customer from an other country, I only can say one of the best customer services ever! They try to really fix the problem, in stead of arguing about it.
No mailing back and forward! Just coming with solutions! I say 10/10.

Also if they say 48H they try to respond within 48H

If I ever come to denmark, I definitely will visit one of the stores!!

Good price on the product I wanted

Good price on the product I wanted. Delivery was a bit slower than usual, the package not getting picked up the same day as it was prepared, but it got here and I'm happy with it.

DU MODTAGER IKKE DINE VARER / YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS

Jeg har d. 27/10 bestilt to produkter fra rezetstores online butik. Jeg modtager ikke det ene produkt til min store frustration. Min pakke var ikke brudt op, da jeg modtog den, hvilket indikerer, at rezetstore ikke har sendt det sidste produkt. Jeg kontakter herefter deres kundeservice, og efter adskillige beskeder frem og tilbage, så påstår de, at de har sendt jakken, selvom dette ikke er tilfældet. Jeg er meget uforstående overfor den udmelding, og rezetstore skriver afslutningsvist, at de ikke kan gøre mere.
Jeg har nu betalt 3300 Dkk for en jakke, jeg aldrig har modtaget, og jeg kan hverken få en ny jakke tilsendt eller mine penge retur. DET ER DYBT TIL GRIN!

Jeg vil derfor fraråde ALLE at handle hos Rezetstore, da i ender med at betale for nogle produkter, som i aldrig modtager!

Hvis rezetstore ønsker at finde en løsning på dette urimelige sag, så er de velkommen til at kontakte mig.

On 27/10 I ordered two products from rezetstore's online store. I do not receive one of the products to my great frustration. My package was unopened when I received it, which indicates that rezetstore has not sent the last product. I then contact their customer service and after several messages back and forth, they claim to have shipped the jacket although this is not the case. I am very confused by this statement, and rezetstore finally writes that they can't do anything more.
I have now paid 3300 Dkk for a jacket I never received, and I can neither get a new jacket sent nor my money back. IT'S A COMPLETE JOKE!

I would therefore advise EVERYONE against shopping at Rezetstore, as you end up paying for products that you never receive!

If Rezetstore wants to find a solution to this unfair case, please feel free to contact me.

Vi lever af glade og tilbagevendende kunder og har selvfølgelig gjort vores for at finde hoved og hale i denne sag.

Vores butik kan forsikre, at de har afsendt jakken med resten af din ordre, hvilket også stemmer overens med, at pakken vejer 500 gram, da den kommer i PostNords besiddelse. Jakken, du har bestilt, vejer 300 gram, og din returnerede pakke vejer 200 gram - inklusiv bøllehatten samt emballagens vægt.

Vi har naturligvis oprettet en sag hos PostNord, som vi efterfølgende ankede, da vi modtog et afslag om imødekommelse af vores erstatningsanmodning, idet PostNord konkluderede at pakken var intakt, med udgangspunkt i billederne fra pakketerminalen og videooptagelserne fra posthuset og det faktum, at selve afleveringen skete uden yderligere bemærkninger. Denne ankesag har PostNord også afvist, så vi kan desværre ikke gøre mere i denne sag.

Vi beklager mange gange, og vi er kede af de konsekvenser, som dette har haft for dig.
