My cars aux belt failed and was recovered to Reynolds. They had the car repaired and ready within that working day. Excellent service.

I recently purchased a car from Reynolds of Selby. I received brilliant service, both when I came to look and test drive the car and when I picked it up. When I arrived to collect my new car all paperwork was filled out and ready and the car had been fully serviced, cleaned and looked great!

Had my car serviced today at Reynolds. Same excellent service as usual. Have been customer since 1995 and would not dream of going anywhere else.

I recently purchased a car from Reynolds of selby and was a little nervous being a distance buyer but after talking to Richard and Wayne i was soon relaxed and any questions i asked or requests for more video of car , info on car etc etc etc was never too much for them.
We did a great deal all round , the car turned up in pristine condition , better than i imagined as not seeing it in person and even got a set of plates thrown in ready for private plate to be moved over , nice touch .
Along with the 2 yr warranty , 1st class service , 100% honesty from start to finish all i can say is if you want to buy a car and trust the salesman then call in to reynolds of selby as they are as good as it gets . I live in Suffolk. 200 miles away and would have no doubts about buying another car of Richard and the team .

We purchased our new car with Reynolds of Selby and from start to finish our experience/the service was first class. At a time when restrictions were in place due to COVID we needed a professional outfit and that's what we got. Any questions we had were answered without delay, we received a walk around video because we are not local and we asked for the car to be delivered! We would not have done this if their reviews were less than great but I can honestly say that all the positive reviews we read are spot on! The driver who delivered the car was so helpful (and considering the distance he drove) personable as well as knowledgeable answering all my questions. The office manager who dealt with the payment and documentation was very helpful and professional making sure I had everything. Richard (the Director) was very helpful and made the process painless, including the aftercare. What a team... and what a car, beautiful .... thanks all! Robert.

I am actually sat in the showroom now writing the review as I have turned up to have a wing mirror fit to a van, and unfortunately the battery failed - without hesitation the team have helped bump start and now are charging the battery, as I write. They have helped without any fuss or bother and made me feel welcome and safe! I use Reynolds regularly for my car repairs and would recommend to anyone! A friendly, helpful, customer first team!

Richard is amazing. They go above and beyond any other car dealer I’ve ever seen, much better than big main dealers such as lookers. Not pushy at all. Perfectly polite and approachable salesmen. Very honest and good quality cars/warranty. Would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Fast and friendly service, even during the Covid 19 outbreak they were able to replace a tyre without any fuss. I use them regularly and would definitely recommend to others.

The customer service I have recieved so far in purchasing my car (which I am extremely happy with) has been superb. After having bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, my experience with Reynolds has been extremely positive. We were looked after by Wayne who was polite and very professional. Unlike the typical car salesman that jump on you as soon as you walk into the lot, Wayne left us to test drive the car in peace with a very quick and efficient service.

Upon picking up the car, I saw that inside was valeted to a very high standard. Even though there were a couple of scratches on the bodywork and an alloy scuff that were missed, Richard was extremely helpful in getting it sorted which showed a great aftercare service - unlike any other car dealership.

A huge thank you to all at Reynolds. My car buying experience has been fantastic! We will be back.

We recently had the misfortune to have both cars with problems and at least one of the cars were needed. Phone call to Reynolds and was told that they were already overbooked but bring them anyway and we will see what we can do. Result, both cars fixed!
