I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Rextige! I’ve had the same experience - I ordered the green plaid dress in two sizes and there’s no way the dress in the advert is the same as the dresses that I received in the post. They are a really cheap polyester material and there was no order slip in the package to return them. The email that’s on their website for returns isn’t a registered email domain. Like other people who have posted this is an absolute scam.

Dreadful experience. Same as those above about quality and return options. Thank goodness I bought via PayPal and lodged a complaint. Avoid at all cost.

Like many on here, I ordered a dress which looked lovely on their website, and then received what I can only describe as an overall. The product was nothing like the description on the website and took ages to arrive. It was so inferior, their were no labels on it - not even a label to describe the hideous material or washing instructions. Also, their website says they are 'Rextige London' which is incredibly misleading as you are led to believe that you are dealing with a UK based company until they tell you that you have to pay £25 to return the item to their warehouse in China. Disgusting company! Do not deal with them. I have raised a case through PayPal too and will not let them get away with not paying me my money back in full. I will NOT be paying to return this item to China.

They have recently changed their name from Evercore. Don’t accept their insistence on returning faulty goods at your own cost. This is illegal. I took out a case against them with my payment provider (PayPal, in my case) and received my refund without needing to return the goods.

Absolutely a scam company. Dress not at all like advertised cheap polyester . Scumbag company stealing off people ,no way of getting refund either . wish I could add photograph of item

I had a distressing experience with the Rextige. I ordered a top and two dresses on October 17, 2025. After thirteen days, I received the package. However, the items were alarmingly poor in quality. They did not match the images or descriptions provided on the Rextige website. I contacted Rextige customer service via email with photographic evidence, requesting a return or refund, yet I received no reply. I am concerned that the company may be a fraudulent enterprise; I advise consumers to exercise caution and refrain from making purchases from them.

Do not be drawn in by the beautiful dresses advertised by this company !
The 2 dresses I received were made from cheap polyester material, the designs were not in any way similar to the ones advertised. I’ve requested a refund, written 5 emails , and had no response . A complete scam, avoid at all costs !!!

Complete load of rubbish. Website advertised a flowing green tartan dress made of a cotton blend fabric with flattering tailoring details and consistent fabric throughout. What I received is a sack-like garment made of shiny polyester (100% polyester according to the washing instructions), with no tailoring details - it even has a different fabric on the back of the garment compared to the front, as though they ran out of material. Doesn't fit properly or hang right as the fabric is cheap and stiff. Avoid at all costs - complete scam. Primark would be better!

2 stars because it eventually arrived. It is nothing like pic or write up. Naf polyester not cotton. Not pleated or cut anything like photo. Complete and utter scam. Got higher quality from wish.

Would leave zero score if I could. Ordered a plaid green dress. Arrived nothing like the image. Cheap scratchy material and would have fit a UK size 20 (I’m a UK size 10)

Do not use this company. The dress I sent for doesn’t look anything like the picture, cheap fabric and huge like a tent. Under no circumstances order from this company.

Do not use this site. Clothes look nothing like image and they would not refund unless I returned and paid £25 postage! Customer service awful. Ended up with a 30% refund without return :(

This is the same company as ever-core. It’s a scam. Ordered some clothes which were terrible quality and wanted to send them back but there is no response from customer services and no address listed to return items. It’s a scam. Beware.
