Stolen domain. Scam service. If you know; You know. They don't pay. Never really have. They pay once then it's impossible. There was another project using the same domain. They actually paid. Whoever this is that recently purchased the domain and setup this new thing is 100% a scammer. It will be down sooner than later. Been waiting exactly 9 months today.

Stay away, the site is pure scam nowadays.
Me like many others are waiting for their 100e withdraw for months now, a friend of me even is waiting since 12 months now. When you contact them you get the same copy/paste answer every time, that it is still under review, you have to be more patient.
I am sure, the owner is broke, and just can't pay anymore, but still leaves the site up, hoping anyone does any offer still to get a few bucks, which is pretty shady. I mean if you exitscam, atleast shut your site down instead of scamming over months.

I got up to 100€ and requested a payout. This payout is under review for over a month now. I always geht the same scripted answer that it takes some time if i write to support.

Rewards does not pay it seems. Dont waste your time.

Just to let other users know that if you get a tracking error message and you haven't uninstalled their games but support tells you to reinstall, you won't earn rewards as the games have been reinstalled. On the same day this happened to me another website where I earn points from playing games also came up with a tracking message and they apologised and gave me some extras points to compensate. Whereas this website gave me no support after telling me to reinstall.

So even though I was almost half way to get my next voucher I will call it a day, enjoy my many hours of playing your games to earn the 34,000 points which will now be useless to me Reward Play. It was good when I did get some support.

I requested that two rewards be withdrawn, one for a €15 PayPal payout on 14.8.2025 and another €15 PayPal payout on 18.8.2025. As of yet, neither request has yet to be fulfilled, despite Rewards.app having a 24 hour guarantee. When I asked why I had not received my deposit email confirmations yet, I was met with the excuse that “we are making changes to our system” and thus my withdrawal request was prolonged. However, I have seen this excuse described by other users on Trust Pilot, so I do not accept it.

When I was told to reach out via email so they could "prioritize my request", I was given more vague answers that my payout wad taking longer than expected.

I am unsure how this service has so many five star ratings, I suspect because they are either fake or they pay for them. My advice is to follow the 1 star reviews and use another rewards app that will actually pay you out. These guys are either a scam or way to disorganized.

I played a lot of games and barely collected 10000 points to withdraw 100CHF by paypal. I wrote msg to support, I am satisfied with answering one day after, but I am still waiting the link for my withdrawal. I think that this is great app, but I am wondering why is going so slowly?!

Its scam and waste of time. I requested my money about a month ago but they didn’t sent me my money. The only thing that thay say is “that you’re payout is still being processed”. I think there are much better app’s that you can earn money. I tried Empfehlung app it was much faster and there was no issue

I worked really hard to get some extra cash by playing these games to then withdraw what should be £40 this was nearly 3 months ago now and it’s still in “review” I’ve contacted them numerous times now,several emails, chats etc and just get told “ it’s currently being processed and they can’t provide a time frame” and withdrawals usually take “7 days” well it’s been a little bit longer than that now! Loosing hope il ever see these benefits

This app is a scam! Be alarmed, i earned enough rewards and choose to get a voucher and since one month they don't hand it over to me. I was sending numerous mails and they always give me the same answer that they excuse and say they are atm update the system. But come one, this is not true. I think they wait until my earned rewards getting invalid. Don't play this app!
I wrote tons of messages to them and even here in the reply they want me to send more messages! Are you kiddin me?

This is a trusted app with great customer service. Lots of games to choose from, and it does payout quickly.
I use lots of these apps, and this is one of the best.

Rewards is one of the best apps I have come across great support when needed definitely recommend this app.

Good app, some bugs need to be fixed, but every problem was solved by a nice support team

After months of playing I accumulated enough points for a £10 reward. No sooner did I choose my rewards and redeem my points my account was blocked! I sent numerous emails asking for my account to be unblocked and even got a reply from them saying this would be sorted. It’s now been a month, I never received my £10 reward and my account is still blocked! Don’t waste your time
