What a load of rubbish. Ordered mid November, delivered in bits after Christmas. Packaging ruined, toy inside broken and bits missing. I cannot use words to describe how I felt when I had to tell my grandson that he was not getting what he wanted for Christmas. I fully agree with all previous reviews and despite being told a replacement was ordered I am still waiting. On the subject of refund and compensation, the company are refusing to even acknowledge my emails. This company have no thought for the customer and should be banned from trading

I ordered in November and still have not received it. I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Deceptive advertising implying this product would arrive before Christmas. If it arrives I will send it back. Spread the word! Do not order from this company.

Took over 6 weeks to arrive. But when they came they were actually pretty neat. They are definitely cheaply made but in all honesty for the price I can’t really complain. On that note though I would probably never again order from this site. I found a huge lack of communication from customer service and the whole experience sketchy.

I placed an order before Thanksgiving and still have yet to receive it and they refuse to refund my money.

Absolute disgrace.
The order took 6 weeks to arrive to me, passing Christmas, when it was suppose to be a Christmas present for my nephew. It came to my door step only a few days ago. My nephew opened it & found the toy doesn't drive & the spoiler is snapped. Packaging was immaculate, so clearly they purposely sold a faulty product to me. Refund policy says no refund after 30days of purchase. What a joke!

Ordered one of these Revvlo cars ( which are sold on the internet under various other guises ) for my Grandsons Christmas. What a nasty, dangerous piece of Chinese junk it is - far to dangerous to give to any child. Vendor is based in USA and totally disinterested in rectifying their failings - the car is actually made in, and sent from, China.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE ROGUES !!!

By far the worst product I have ever bought online
I waited nearly 7 weeks for these to arrive for Christmas for my kids they never came after several emails and weeks of waiting they arrives today broken badly packed ,I had bought in good Faith I contacted the company they have eventually agreed to refund my money after I pay tracking & postage back to Singapore which is going to cost more that the item are worth and they will not cover the cost of postage after send me faulty good there customer service is bad don't buy here save a bit extra and buy good stuff else ware ADVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered 2 Revvlo cars Nov 22nd and received them yesterday Jan 2nd. Opened them and the red car was missing a micro switch to activate the front lift of the car and the blue car the lefthand forward motion plastic was broken. Very disappointed! Not sure if they are inspected before sending or if they were discounted because they were broken.

Well seems like a repeat of bad business over the internet but i ordered anyway. 4 cars - the red ones were the worst. no power button, remote and cars were pieces of junk and made poorly. i also ordered a yellow which kind of work and did have at least an on//off switch which the others did not. All it did though was go in circles and the transformer part did not always work. difficulty in getting the merchandise ordered 12/6/19 and it came 12/29. Refund Policy sucks/ they asked me to take pictures to prove the car didn’t work. Also , i had to pay 23.+ dollars to return the piece of crap merchandise! I was very unsatisfied- Do Not Order any of their merchandise! i am more skeptical than ever now about online ordering!

I ordered nov 20 and received everything Jan 3rd. I got 2 transformers the fire breathing dragon and excavator. Took a while but everything is here and in great shape these reviews had me terrified but everything is here and in great condition!!No ripped destroyed boxes or packaging!! Very pleased

wish i could of given negative stars , DO NOT BUY save the frustration they are thieves and liars and will take advantage of u in the blink of an eye
took over 46 days to receive the wrong car i purchaced and they will never give u a REFUND no matter what u try.
PS car was broken out of the package and will only transform on one side

Do not order from them, I ordered a bumblebee transformer that is nothing like the video and I'm pretty sure it says ultra former and not transformer, I got it on a discount thank God because if I'd paid 50 some dollars for this very poorly made cheap plastic toy that looks like an $8 or $10 dollar cheap remote toy from dollar general I'd be super ticked off, more than I am now. As bad as I'd like to send it back and get my 28.00 or 29.00 that it costs with purchase pay and shipping, the money I'd pay on shipping it back wouldn't be worth my time. This piece of crap comes from some other country somewhere.
This toy maybe worth $8 or $10 but nothing more so don't buy from them, the video is definitely deceiving and looks nothing like what they send. They must have used some special toy just to fool everyone in the video. If you do order expect a long wait for your very expensive but cheaply made toy.

Awful got my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE

I saw their Facebook ad for a “fire breathing dragon” and ordered it for Christmas. The package never came. The tracking number doesn’t work. I asked for a refund and they won’t give it to me. So I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. Do NOT deal with this Chinese company!

I ordered In November toys for my Grandchildrens christmas presents! Has been a nightmare, thank goodness i paid through paypal!! After complaining to paypal i received two of my four toys, purley because i complained, the other two toys did not arrive till Christmas Eve which was too late i had to go shopping again as scared they would not come in time, then received E Mails saying they could not find my order!! Thankfully Paypal is refunding my money!! My advise, go to a toyshop or Amazon do not buy from this site!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!

After 2 months of waiting for delivery, I received them in a totally destroyed package. Still waiting on response for getting my money back.

My experience sounds like many others that I read below. I ordered the transformer car 11/26/19 for a Christmas present. Today is 1/2/20 and it still has not arrived. I have contacted Claire also as others state in other reviews at least three times. I have been tracking for weeks and the delivery date keeps changing. I tracked today and it has changed again stating arrival to USPS 1/2/20 or 1/3/20. Just went to post office to verify this. Their information states it is still in China. I have contacted my credit card company with a dispute. I should have researched this more before ordering and will never order anything without knowing where it is shipping from. I also contacted Amazon of my experience since they sell this companies product. I did not order from Amazon. They were glad to hear my story.
