Beware of Revolve' returns policy if you are outside of the US.
1) It is 28 days from the DATE OF ORDER to return the items (not the date of receipt) regardless of delay in receipt. Meaning the return items must reach them within 28 days from the date of your order and to reach Revolve within 28 days
2) Returns cannot be consolidated when you return separate orders even though you pack them separately with each returns form. Each order is to be returned separately.
3) The cost of returns is on buyers' (imagine the tight deadline to return and the cost involved).
4) The quality of SOME of the items (anything less than $250) is low.
Customer Service is generally excellent but beware of their policies.

Great brands, great quality, superb checkout and customer care. Ordering since 3 years from website & app without 0 problems. I‘m in Europe and shipment takes 2-3 days. I don‘t understand what the other reviews complain about.

I have three complaints. I tried to make a purchase through the app which I’ve done many times before this time. None of my cards would go through not Apple Pay not my credit card that I’ve used just previously. customer service tells me when I call that my card is expired. I look right at the expiry date on the card not expired. He tells me he will manually make the purchase for me the first time round he leaves out three of my six items the second time round he gets all of my six items, but as I find out a delivery attempt today, he fails to put the unit number on my address, which she was copying from my account and so the delivery guy has no idea what to do with it. Third of all I get two fishing spam messages during the time when he is entering my card information. when I Google it reddit tells me that revolve has very poor security and at least two people have had their credit card charged fraudulently after purchasing something from REVOLVE. The products I bought are not available in Canada and I appreciate being able to get them somewhere. the difficulty on many levels of ordering from REVOLVE mean that I will never order there again.

I didn't like the site the model put me off as she was far too skinny and tall which does not reflect the majority of the population least of all me! The clothing was made from cheap materials and obviously overpriced especially for the quality of the look desired.

My partner and I worked with revolveclothing for some time. I have recently run into major issues. After about 5 calls to support and hours on hold, we were told that we had to email an email address and would be hearing back within 5-10 minutes. I requested for withdrawal, and my request was denied until syndicate on my DP came through for me. I have access to my funds now.

I ordered stuff on the site which were immediately out of stock. So many online scams. I was protected by my bank fortunately, I had to enter a code and suddenly the items were out of stock and vanished from my basket. Buyers beware

Overpriced items which look great on the website but in reality they are often super low quality.
It s about goodlooking and sexy photoshop images up until the moment they are tried on in real life.

A pitty because lots of ideas , designs are really stunning, but the output is mostly dissapointing

I am here to beware of this scam site. They did not provide the goods, and after two months of procrastination, I also asked them to return my money, and they have not returned it yet.

Revolve owe me £906. I returned a large order 3 weeks ago and they will not refund my money. When I called their customer service, I was told by a rep that they had received my return but they were working through a big backlog and I would receive my money within days. I called a week later to follow up and was told by a different rep that they had not received my return at all. I got two conflicting stories from this company. They then sent me an email full of inappropriate love hearts, smiles and kisses which stated that my return is no where to be found. I've lost almost £1k from this company and I fear I will never see that money again. My only option is to open a fraud case with Amex. Please do not buy anything from this company. It's too risky.

I ordered $750 of clothes which first was attempted to be delivered 6/13. I was home and heard the knock but thought someone was just dropping something off so I didn't answer the door. Then I realized I needed a signature even though I had waved the need for signature because it's too hard to coordinate as I'm often at work. So UPS came Fri, I was at work. I called revolve and asked if they could remove the signature needed or deliver it to my work. They said they could easily change it to be delivered to my work, where it could be signed for as they were not able to remove the signature needed (even though I live in a safe locked apartment building). It was set to arrive 6/17. My package has never arrived and tomorrow it will be 2 weeks from initial attempt. It's incredibly annoying, and at this point, I guess I'll just let them know they can ship it back to them as it seems I'll never receive the clothes. Bummer! The customer service ladies that helped me were very friendly, but their logistics and refusal to remove a signature being needed to drop them is inexcusable.

I find this company philosophy quite disappointing. They have a huge marketing strategy with influencers, cute designs, etc. But the pictures of the models with the pieces on are probably photoshopped to make the fitting look even better than it actually is. What it's even more upsetting is that clothes are extremely overprized. Most of them are made in China out of cheap synthetic materials such as polyester. If you are buying clothes as expensive as some designer ones would be, the least you can expect is awesome quality. Moreover, if you live outside the US returns can be quite a nightmare, so you'd better know your exact size and fitting according to your body type. FYI, I am from Europe.

UNALLOWABLE!! BIG SCAM, site to FLEE!!! I returned items they do not refund impossible to have someone in after-sales service, I do not recommend it to EVERYONE 😡😡😡

So far I was happy with my purchases. But the last one (300 eur dress) was very disappointing..the dress looked so cheap compare to the price I pay!
What’s happening with wih the quality of products on this site?
I will try for a last time another purchase to see if it was an accident or a real decline of the quality
