Ordered a trial of the lube to see hat it would be like before committing to buying the lube. After waiting a couple of weeks I was still to receive the sample. On contacting the company and asking about the trial sample I felt I was just fobbed off and there was no offer to replace the trial sample. In this respect I would say I've disappointed all round from not receiving the sample to the lack of help on trying to rectify the issue. Needless to say I'll not be using the company and would not recommend them to anyone who asked me about them. A real pity given the sample was only 99p.
Having read the reply I totally agree with what has been and in respect of the order and checking the details it was clearly my fault that the postcode for some reason was incorrect. I appreciated that whatever was going to be done to allow me to purchase another trial product but once bitten twice shy …

So far great dirt does not stick to it and chain looks very clean. Only time will tell if it helps with wear.

Very quick transaction. Tried Revolubes on my winter bike, and was very impressed that there was no dirt on the chain. I will be using this on my best bike.

First of all its the products themselves that are irreplaceable!.
Just nothing on the market gives me better results.

Got a sample bottle which seemed small but was adequate enough to cover my chain, ride went smooth & gear changes seems nice & quick with any issues or snags

I may move over once my 'branded' chain lube runs out but I was impressed at how well it performed

Did a five day bike packing trip this month is Scotland with some horrendous rain and it worked great.

Cannot fault the service, though the follow up emails are excessive.
Glad a took a free sample before purchasing. Although the bike lube is probably decent (can't say I have noticed any difference to my usual), the process to apply it is very time consuming and involved. For that reason and the fact I'm not exactly pro, its not for me.

FOR FREE SAMPLE - what arrived is really only the "dry lube" which wasn't made clear before ordering and it also needs some of the grease lube for MTB. The dry lube lasted about an hour before the characteristic dry rattle noise returned to the chain. Shame.

This product is overrated. It's too thin. The chain is squealing after less than an hour. It's like 3-in-1. Don't waste your money

Misleading information to get us to buy "free sample". Bombardment of emails received from the company, employees and then for a review. Pretty sure breaking some GDPR with the amount they are sending!
