This feels more like a scam

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Revoltab. For a company that markets itself as a premium brand, their operational standards and customer service are shockingly poor—bordering on non-existent.

Timeline of Failures:

Initial Silence: I placed my order on January 13, 2026. After two weeks of zero updates or shipping confirmations, I had to initiate contact on January 27 just to ask what was happening.

Blatant Misinformation: While I was being ignored by humans, their chatbot was providing completely inaccurate information, claiming my order was "delivering" when it hadn't even been shipped.

The "Quality" Excuse: When they finally replied on February 4 (nearly a month after my order), they claimed a "quality issue" was pausing shipping. If a production issue truly existed, a reputable company would have proactively communicated this. Mentioning it only after I spent days chasing them makes it clear this was just a convenient excuse.

Broken Promises: They promised shipping would restart on February 9. By that date, it was clear this was just another delay tactic. The lack of real-time updates and the constant need for me to hunt for information became unacceptable.

The Final Straw:
On February 9, I officially requested a cancellation. Even then, customer support remained unresponsive regarding my refund. I eventually had to bypass Revoltab entirely and raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Bottom Line: Don't be rolled by the slick branding. Between the inaccurate information, the constant excuses, and the total lack of response, this feels less like a business and more like a scam. Save yourself the headache and the bank dispute—shop elsewhere.
