Excellent, super slick to get the appointment set up, first class. But the technician Jack was the icing on the cake, really nice intelligent young man and most importantly did a top job a great asset to your company

Finally made an appointment with ' Headoffice' who were extremely efficient and helpful after a very unsatisfactory experience with trying to get the Worcester office to respond to numerous emails and phonecalls. If people don't want to take on a job why don't they just say so?! The repair job carried out very efficiently and was delighted with the result

Following a request for a quote the response was amazingly fast. I accepted the quote as it seemed very reasonable and was told it could be done the following afternoon. On that afternoon, Neil arrived and despite the 30degree+ heat and humidity, did a first rate job of removing the scrapes and repainting the whole left front bumper panel. The colour match was perfect, all mixed in his van on site, and the finish looked like new. I found out from Neil that he had around 35 years of body shop and spraying experience.

Gary arrived on time and did a great job.

The person who came was very polite and did an amazing job of the alloy wheel repair i would recommend the company and the technician.
