Having used Revive! previously, with a great experience, I was expecting the same on this occasion. I was not disappointed. All aspects of the work from initial contact from me to the repair (you can't see where it was done) being completed by Craig, was excellent.
All good.

You need to send someone else back out.

He didn't take the wheels off to put them on the machine to grind the scratches off. He said he wasn't insured to do that.

He only painted and it didn't do anything.

The scratches still there.

Send some one who can take the alloys off.

Brilliant service, wouldn’t even know the damage had occurred in the first placed based on how well the repair has come out. Would recommend! Completed the job in a timely manner.

Where do I start with this? Took out cosmetic insurance when I bought the car. There was a scrape on the back bumper so went through this insurance and Revive were assigned to the job.

Revive Technician arrived on the day and it was quite windy. However instead of telling me “It’s too windy, I’ll have to reschedule” which would’ve been perfectly fine with me, the technician masked off the immediate area and continued on. Credit where credit is due, the repair was a great job, you can’t even tell the scrape was there, but the aftermath of this repair is where the trouble begins.

Due to only part of the car being masked off and the windy conditions, the exposed panels got completely covered in overspray. The car felt like sandpaper. This included the windows and windscreen. I reported this to Revive and they organised for the Technician to return and sort the overspray.

When the Technician returned he had brought a colleague with him. I was able to get the car inside for the work to be completed, which consisted of polishing the entire car.

The polish job the technicians done can be described as amateur at best. The entire car is covered in rotary haze from the polisher. When the sun catches it you can see every pass the polisher took. To add to that there are scratches on both front wings, the quarter panels and the bootlid from the lead of the polisher. Very little due care and attention were taken when this job was carried out.

I have lost all confidence in this company and I am going to have to go elsewhere at my own cost to get this sorted. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from because that was far from my experience

Fantastic repair to our diamond cut alloy. Fast service and all done on our driveway. Full aftercare advice too - fully recommend!

I have an insurance policy to cover minor repairs. 1st time they cancelled my appointment 2nd no show. Now been waiting over 4 months.
