Paint job so bad it looks like it was done during a power cut… by a man who hates cars
My father used this company for his car paintwork the Stockport branch came out and this is what we got. looks like it lost a fight with a can of Halfords spray paint and a blindfold.
Wrong colour entirely (nice touch).
Masking lines along the swage line so sharp you could use them as a ruler.
A chip in the middle of the door that appears to have been “fixed” by someone who just shook a can of aerosol and hoped for the best.
And for the grand finale… one wheel painted a completely different colour. Bold creative choice.
When we politely pointed this out, we were treated to the full Martin Experience™. The manager (Martin) informed us there is no head office because he “owns it all,” then proceeded to deliver a masterclass in cocky excuses and general attitude. Truly inspirational leadership.
If you’re after a paint job that looks like it was done by someone who was late for their lunch break and had one eye closed, this is the place. Everyone else… run.

I'm sorry i can't remember that date I had my car repaired but you can still see the masking lines on the bumper and there is still a dark stop on the passenger side door.
Also the front wheel is a lighter colour to the other three wheels but that was done on a different day by a different repair man from revive.

Brilliant H/O customer service, Kings Lynn branch amazing
From my experience the customer service is amazing, I am massively a fighter for my rights but this has been one of the best customer services I have ever come across. I have had a continuous issue on a black Mercedes, which had been so hard to see the issue. Josh from the Kings Lynn branch has been superb, he is very polite and knowledgeable about polishing, he is a major credit to the company, I am very impressed!

Booked Revive to repair my damaged…
Booked Revive to repair my damaged wheel, I had to change the booked location to my works location, found that very easy and helpful keep the same appointment time. Ben arrived at the time he said and got started right away, I was amazed at what an excellent job he had done, you really wouldn’t know their was any damage to the wheel it looks as good as new.

Tricky repair on Bonnet
I had 3 chips on my bonnet. A tricky repair by any standard. They were repaired without a total respray. They aren't completely invisible but there's no blobs and I'm happy.

Superb

Could do better
On the whole the service was OK. Guy was punctual and friendly.
Slightly disappointed with paint finish, slight Orange peel affect on one area.
Very disappointed with the way they emptied their waste solution in front of the house and has left it visible.
