Great product, great flavour.

Tastes great and feels good to know I’m doing my body a favour at the same time. Loved all the flavours. Will buy more!

I tried the sour apple and the raspberry flavoured electrolytes and hated them. Even at a fraction of the recommended serve, they were both sickly sweet. Unbearable to drink. Even with added salt. Such a let down.

Great taste without sugar. I even make ice pops with the electrolyte powder. Yum

Received on time, glass bottle packed well. Enjoyed all flavours. Favourite was the Apple. Going to order again.

The ease of ordering online was great!
Trying the sample pack was even better!
I have only used the 1 sample so far and I couldn’t stomach it as it was very sweet. The glass bottle was ok though it seems to have a coating on the inside which I didn’t like as the droplets of water that stuck to it stayed and wouldn’t wash properly.

Got the sample pack and was very nice. Loved the little bottles. Will definitely purchase in the future

The glass bottle is very cool but not really practical for taking around.

I had trouble with the flavours and the stevia sweetener. I don't like the after taste that Stevie leaves. However I really liked the lemon/lime flavour so if I decide to move forward to buy any more that's what I'd buy.

It is so easy to place an order. My products turned up the day after I ordered them.

I ordered the package with the 2 different flavours and a drink bottle and did not recieve the drink bottle.
I got the grap flavour electrolytes and they taste nothing like grape. More so like black current which I do not like.

Did not reply to any of my emails with questions about the product. Product posted promptly and as described.

I've ordered from this company several times because I love their product, despite its high price for electrolytes. However, they have failed to ship my product on time on three occasions. They didn't communicate any delays or reasons for the delays, even though they had already charged me.

I have a medical condition that requires regular electrolytes, making timely delivery essential. Their service and shipping policies are shocking, and their customer support is even worse. They didn't apologize and only informed me that my item would be shipped sometime next week, which is unacceptable and vague. As a goodwill gesture, they offered me a single sachet, which felt inadequate considering the repeated issues.

It's disappointing when a great product is overshadowed by poor service. I hope they can improve their customer service and shipping practices.
