I bought the revitalash eyelash serum on recommendation.
Applied every day for 8 weeks according to the instructions.
Result: no longer eyelashes, red edges on eyelids
The product is expensive, contains hormones, is a rip-off in my opinion and is useless.
Brought a revitalash from Selfridges and sold it on eBay, the person on eBay thought the product was fake because revitalash put a qr code on their outer packaging with information on the product that opens to an Amazon link, I emailed revitalash to confirm or deny that their packaging has this qr code (to reassure the buyer) and they REFUSED to comment on anything to do with their packaging, even after I personally purchased it from a authorised retailer. In one email actually saying ‘ I am participating in an unauthorised resell of the revitalash product’.. I don’t have to get permission from them to sell their product? From the sheer lack of customer service and downright rudeness of revitalash and unwillingness to help I will NEVER buy their product again. Absolute scam for £99..
On 17/01 I placed an order which should be delivered on 21/07. Unfortunately my package got lost with the delivery so I contacted revitalash via email and via their website. They never responded to my messages. Very disappointing.
This Lash Serum Saved My Lashes!
I was using lash extensions pretty much it was a cycle the extensions would damage my lashes and I'd get them done again and again so I wouldn't have to live with no lashes (im impatient), I used revitalash with my extensions and when the last few extensions were removed was so happy to see my own natural lashes, Stopped getting extensions and now just use this amazing product, My lashes look longer then they use to aswell, I purchased from NZ website.
