I placed an order with over five days ago, and I still haven't received my items. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I've received no satisfactory explanation for the delay. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no updates or clear communication. I was expecting better service and quicker delivery. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again.

This was my 2 order in a week. Smooth as you like.
