I paid just £1 to do a single reverse…
I paid just £1 to do a single reverse lookup, but since then I’ve discovered that £29.99 has been taken from my bank account every month without me realizing. I never intended to sign up for a recurring subscription, and I feel the charges were not made clear. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I want my money back.
I would strongly advise others to read the terms carefully before using this service. Based on my experience, I won’t be using it again.

cannot log in on an ipad, after payment is made
Everything was simple until I paid. Then I could not log in to see the result. They keep sending log in links from the domain notication.reverselookup.com. If I respond to these emails I receive a mail delivery system notice that the domain does not exist. The support email works and they keep promising to fix the issue but so far all I get is a page telling me "we have encountered an error". I finally decided to try logging in using a laptop. I can see the results with no problem. The link to cancel the subscription works fine so I've done that because the service us useless to me if I can't use it on a mobile device.
