Trying to charge me for membership when I haven't agreed to it. They say they have cancelled my membership which I never started since the trial report was about as much use as a schocolate teapot. Then you have the usual nonsense of finding out where to make contact, nothing in this modern world ever seems simple except to the people who make up the rules!

Very disappointed with Reverse Lookup. I paid £1 for what I believed was a one-off reverse lookup, but it didn’t provide any useful information. I made sure to decline the £29 monthly subscription because I only wanted the one search.
A week later, £29 was taken from my account anyway. I cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted customer support, but they refused to issue a refund even though I hadn’t used the subscription.
The whole experience feels misleading, and the refusal to refund despite cancelling straight away has left a very bad impression. I definitely won’t be using this service again and would advise others to read everything very carefully before making a purchase.

I did a reverse lookup which seemed good buy at £1. Was happy with that and paid the £1. Then a week later £29.99 was taken from my account, without my consent I have contacted Paypal and have reported this as fraud.
I did not sign up for a subscription and if it was hidden (as they often are) taking hidden or poorly disclosed recurring fees constitutes unfair trading practices.
