Hawk T.1 very poor kit to put together canopy very poor fit undercarriage gave up completely with and decal why do they make raf roundel and leave you put red dot in center as for the red arrows version the under wing decal cannot be fitted as wing parts all in the way so cannot put them on so in conclusion very very disappointed in the quality of this kit

Unfortunately, this kit is most definitely not “easy click.”
I’m an experienced model builder but many parts did not fit without filing and glueing . Eventually, I decided to bin the kit . Very disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from Revell

I don’t build museum quality models, but I am quite accomplished, and have been building model kits for at least 30 years. I have built a few Revell kits in the past; and have had varying results with them, but the last 2 that I have tried to build have been utter rubbish. The Saturn V rocket ended up in the bin, and the USS Enterprise 05046 (CVN65) is heading the same way. The parts don’t fit properly, the mouldings are so old they should have been scrapped years ago. There is far too much flash, it’s actually not fit for purpose. Will I buy any Revell products again? Not Likely.

I bought a Revell kit of Pirates of the Caribbean Black Pearl for my grandson's Christmas present. He is 10 years old. I am a very experienced modeller; I am the Patron of an internationally renowned Toy and Model museum. To suggest that it is an easy click system capable of being used by a ten year old is ludicrous. The pieces do not fit properly even with my help. We have had to glue most of it. I will not buy another Revell kit.

Spent £120 on a model. Unfortunately, it had a defective part. Revell customer service were unwilling to honor their warranty and send a replacement part. Therefore, I cannot build the model. Poor.

I bought a Titanic 100th anniversary edition, unfortunatly, with a missing part (it's common in the model making sector). The Spare Parts customer service has prontly sent me the missing piece in a week for free (other companies make u pay for the part or dont give u anything) . Best customer service ever.

A screw snapped on my sons fire engine kit (his fault I beleive not due to product quality) so I got in touch with Revell to source a new part. They sent me two free of charge parts pretty quickly. Absolutely great service! I'll be being him more Revell kits due to their good build quality and great customer service. Revell, you've made my boy very happy now that he can play with his fire engine again!
