These people suck as customer service Reps, so quick to answer the phone and be so energetic about taking your money from you off your debit card and not honor giving you the money the same exact day that they took it off, can’t wait till my service date is up with them and they are not reliable I was told if they draft it from your debit the funds post the same day well they lied therefore no longer trust this company

Do you morons want to get paid??!! I’d give you -0 if it was possible !!! because if you did, it wouldn’t take you 10 days to take payments! I don’t even have a balance due, I’m paying early!!! According to your inaccurate billing, it shows my payment was “successful,” yet my card is declining, why??!?
Since you’re incapable of getting your money in a timely fashion and for some reason you won’t accept debit cards, I need a physical location where I can PAY THIS CARD OFF and get you THE HELL OUT OF MY FACE?! After I pay this off I want you out of my life!!! CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!! ITS NOT EVEN 90 DAYS OLD and already you have pissed me off ten times!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst credit card company in the world. I got notified I had an upcoming payment. I went to their website to make said payment and it won’t work. I called. Got a guy who barely spoke English. Said he would escalate the issue. Monday comes and some lady calls me to tell me about a payment due on the 8th. I explained everything wrong and she said she would process my payment no charge. Transferred me to a line to verify for 25 mins on hold. I hung up, called back and got some girl Michelle and she barely spoke English and was so rude and unhelpful. I just want to make the stupid payment and never deal with them again.
