Hi Paul,

Thanks for your review and playing our competitions - glad you like the website and our range of prizes.

All our competitions have the date and time they are drawn clearly defined so you know exactly when they will be drawn even if not all the tickets sell. Also if you win, we will always contact you to arrange delivery of your prize so you never need to worry about checking every message.

The new website also shows your tickets under Account > My Tickets so you always now what tickets are in play 🤝

Thanks for your review and playing our competitions, however I'm not sure what you mean by adding ourselves to trusted payments?

If this is something you have spotted on your banking app then that's not something we (or any company) could do - trusted payments are controlled completely by yourself or the banking application itself.

When you buy tickets from us we simply use a global payment provider (checkout.com) that is used by medium and large companies all around the world to handle millions of transactions every day with the highest levels of security. They apply for payment and once its made we allocate your tickets, that's all we do.

Maybe when you made a ticket purchase it asked you if you wanted to add our company to trusted payments and you accidentally clicked yes, or maybe if you have purchased from us several times the banking app automatically added our company, but either way it was not something we set up.

Suggesting we are a "Scam" is simply not true. We are one of the largest and most trusted competition sites in the industry, with over 6000 vehicle winners in our first 7 years, and hundreds of thousands of other winners too. We are rated Excellent by our customers on Trustpilot with one of the highest 5* trust scores of any competition site. You are in safe hands with us 🤝
