I had a few delays getting responses to some technical questions around automation with Amber, and communication was a little slow at times. I also noticed that some other installers offer longer warranties.

That said, the actual installation experience with RV Charge was excellent. The installer was courteous, punctual, and left everything clean and tidy. He helped me set up the Wallbox Pulsar Max app, walked me through the features, and answered all my questions on the day.

Overall, I’m very happy with the installation and the performance of my new charger.

Highly recommended.

I had recently get installation from Revcharge for my tesla wall connector. I appreciate the customer service the way they organised the things smoothly. Their technicion have installed the charger professionally. I recommend them sue to their professional work and reasonable charges.

Unfortunately we did not have the positive experience many others seem to have. My wife entered all details, including address and pictures, when requesting a quote for installation of an EV charger in our regional home. We were offered a quote, and required to pay this before they would confirm an installation date. We paid in advance in full, and days later, after sending more information via email, were advised that they actually couldn't service our home due to our location (which was of course provided originally). We now need to wait to have our money returned, and our install will be delayed. We suggest the company check that they can service an area before offering a quote or requiring payment, and that customers check for confirmation in writing before paying any money.

Customer service was very friendly and patient with me, as I had changed my mind on the final charger, the technician who installed it was prompt and gave great advice on where to install it

Love that you upload photos of meter box and location to get a quote. From that point, payment, booking appointment and installation was seamless. Very happy with our wallbox charger!
